310 Studios ATL
This stylish and popular commercial site is an event space that has hosted hundreds of celebrations, dinners, and more. Located in the Historic District of Atlanta.
Fairoaks Rd
Located in Dekalb County. This residential project was held up by a previous expeditor and we were able to step in and get the ball rolling. Its neighboring lot was also permitted for a television show (see below).
